How to Create a Case

 

1. View the Entry's (Contact or Account) profile via the sidebar.

 

2. Scroll down to Cases.

 


  

3. Click on the plus button.


 


4. Fill out the New Case form and click on the Save Changes button.


 


5. A confirmation message will appear that the entry was created.
