How to Create a Note

1. Open targeted Contact or Account in the sidebar.

2. Scroll down to Notes.

3. Click on the Plus button then click on Add Note.

4. Fill out the Add Note form and click on the Check button to Save.

5. A confirmation message will appear.

How to Edit a Note

1. Scroll down to Notes section.

2. Hover your mouse over the Note you want to edit.

3. On the pop-up window, click on Edit.

4. Edit necessary information on the Update Note form.

5. When finished, click on Save.

6. A confirmation message will appear.
