How to Create a Note


1. Open targeted Contact or Account in the sidebar.


2. Scroll down to Notes.


3. Click the Plus button then click on Add Note.


4. Fill out the Add Note form. Click the Check button to Save.




5. A confirmation message will appear.




How to Edit a Note


1. Scroll down to Notes section.


2. Hover your mouse to the Note you want to edit.


3. On the pop-up window, click on Edit.



4. Edit necessary information on the Update Note form.


5. Click on Save when you're finished.


6. A confirmation message will appear.
