The Open Activities Section

The activities section is where you manage Calls, Events and Tasks.




How to Create Task and Event


1. Open the Contact's profile, scroll down to Open Activities.


2. Click the Plus button. On the dropdown menu, click on New Task, or New Event.





3. Fill out the New Task or New Event form. Once done, click the check button to Save.

4. A confirmation message will appear when you have successfully created a new Event or Task activity.




How to Edit Event or Task Activities


1. Open the Contact's profile on the sidebar.


2. Scroll down to Open Activities section.


3. Hover your mouse on the activity (event, task) you want to edit. Click the Edit button.




4. On the pop-up window, edit the information want to change. Once done, click on Save button at the bottom part of the page. 


5. A confirmation message will appear when you have successfully edited an Event or Task activity.




How to Create a New Log a Call Activity


1. Open the Contact's profile on the sidebar, scroll down to Activity History.


2. Click the Plus button. Click on Log a Call on the dropdown menu.




3. Fill out the Log a Call form. Click the check button to Save.

4. A confirmation message will appear when you have successfully created a Log a Call activity.




How to Edit Log a Call Activity


1. Open the Contact's profile on the sidebar.


2. Scroll down to the Activity History section.


3. Hover your mouse on the call you want to edit. Click on Edit button.



4. On the pop-up window, edit the information want to change. Once done, click on Save button at the bottom part of the page. 


5. A confirmation message will appear when you have successfully edited the Log a Call activity.
