How to Create an Account


1. When you open an email, the sidebar loads the Contact information. By default, you will see the Account name of the Contact. 



2. User can search for an existing Account or create a new one by clicking the plus sign. 


3. Click on the plus button.



4. Fill out the New Account form. Click the 3 dots on the upper right side then click on Save Changes button. 


5. A confirmation message will appear.
