How to Log a Call
1. View the Entry's (Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case or Account) profile or records via the sidebar.
2. Scroll down to Calls.
3. Click on the plus button.
4. Fill out the New Call form then click on Save Changes button.
5. A confirmation message will appear.
How to Edit a Call
1. Click Calls to show all calls under the Contact.
2. Click the Call you wanted to Edit.
3. On the Call Info section, click the Edit Entry button.
4. Fill out the information on the Edit Call form.
5. After making changes, click the Save Changes button.
6. A confirmation message will appear.
