How to Log a Call

1. View the Entry's (Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case or Account) profile or records via the sidebar.

2. Scroll down to Calls.

3. Click on the plus button.

4. Fill out the New Call form and click on the Check button to Save. 

5. A confirmation message will appear.

How to Edit a Call

1. Click the dropdown menu beside Calls.

2. Click the Call you wanted to Edit.

3. On the Call Info section, click the pencil icon.

4. Fill out the information on the Edit Call form.

5. After making changes, click the Check icon to Save. 

6. A confirmation message will appear.
