How to Log a Call


1. View the Entry's (Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Case or Account) profile or records via the sidebar.


2. Scroll down to Calls.




3. Click on the plus sign.



4. Fill out the New Call form and click on the Save Changes button to update the entry. 



5. A confirmation message will appear.




How to Edit a Call


1. Click the Calls, it will display the list of Calls.


2. Click the Call you want to Edit.




3. Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner then click Edit Entry button. 



4. Fill out the information on the Edit Call form.


5. When done editing the entry, click Save Changes to update. 




6. A confirmation message will appear.
