How to Create a Case
1. On the sidebar, scroll down to Cases.
2. Click the button. On the dropdown menu, click on New Case.
3. Enter the information on the New Cases form and click the Check button to save, or the Plus button to save the created opportunity and create another one.
4. A confirmation message will appear on the upper right hand side of your Collabspot sidebar.
How to Edit a Case
1. After choosing the Case you want to edit then hover your mouse over it.
2. On the pop-up window, click on Edit.
3. Update the information on the Update Cases form.
4. Click on Save.
5. A confirmation message will appear on the upper right hand side of your Collabspot sidebar.
